At Online Cart, we aim to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. Please review our shipping details below.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment confirmation or order placement. You will receive a confirmation with tracking details once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Time

- Free Shipping: Available on all orders over PKR 5,000.

- Standard Shipping: A flat delivery fee applies to orders under PKR 5,000.

- Estimated delivery time: 3-5 business days for major cities, and 5-7 business days for other regions.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier availability, and unforeseen circumstances such as weather or public holidays.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery on all orders. You can pay in cash directly to our courier partner upon receiving your package. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive and pay for the order.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS/email so you can monitor your delivery status in real time.

Shipping Delays

While we strive to deliver within the estimated timeframe, occasional delays may occur due to courier issues, weather conditions, or high order volumes (e.g. during sales). We appreciate your patience and will keep you updated in case of any significant delay.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If you need to update your address, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.

Multiple Shipments

If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately depending on stock availability. You will be notified if this is the case.
